We believe that “Hearing is Believing” and as part of our comprehensive hearing assessment patients will be able to get a Real-World Technology Trial. Taking their personalised hearing technology into their everyday environments allows the patients to experience the joy of hearing for themselves and see the difference technology will make in their lives.
Qualified, Experienced Audiologists
Whether it is a Quick Hearing Test or Wax Removal, every appointment will be completed by a Full Qualified and Employed Audiologist. This ensures that your patients are always being looked after by a highly qualified and experienced professional. We run a patient focussed patient pathway and are led by an industry renowned Audiology expert who always ensures that our team of Audiologists are being continuously developed.
What started as a simple conversation has turned into a revolution. Insight Hearing (of the Harrolds group) was invited into our first partner optician in February 2024, based on mutual relationship and respect. Straight away it was clear the added value the service brought to the patients, the partner optician and to Insight Hearing. From there, on word of mouth and partner testimonials, Insight Hearing grew. By 2025, Insight Hearing will have a national presence, partnering with Opticians all over the country.

Vishal has been an optician for over 20 years and the world of optics runs through his family, with his father an optician, and his grandfather a lens technician. He is passionate about independent opticians and the value that they bring to their patients and the important role they play in the community. He helped introduce Audiology into the Harrolds group in 2019 and oversaw the success and growth of this arm of the business, realising the power of adding hearing services to an independent optician portfolio of services. Vishal is excited to work in true partnership with like-minded independent opticians, to help them fulfil their potential, business growth and patient retention by adding in high quality hearing care.

Richard has been in the world of Audiology for almost 15 years, working in public and private sectors as well as spending significant time of his career at a leading hearing aid manufacturer. In his various roles there, he was the lead Audiologist for the UK and Ireland and one of the most senior Audiologists globally in the company, advising with R&D, Marketing and Audiology. He loves how hearing well can help people live healthier and fuller lives and you can often find him getting a bit nerdy about how the latest hearing technology is working and how to maximise its potential for every patient.

After completing her Masters in Audiology, Amanda has spent the last 12 years working in both public and private audiology services. In this time seeing firsthand how effective hearing care can improve communication, cognitive health and quality of life. In her role as Clinical lead, Amanda is passionate about improving and maintain high clinical standards to provide the very best care for the patients we see.
