How does the Partnership work?

It Starts with a Conversation

Requesting a consultation will lead to a phone call from either Vishal or Richard. We will spend time with you discussing Insight Hearing and partnerships in more detail. It is important to us to spend time with you and get to know you and your business better. We will also have a look at your clinical space and discuss the practicalities of the partnership in more detail, along with making sure all your questions are answered.

Partnership Agreement

We believe in transparency; therefore, the next step is to share our Partnership Agreement with you. This gives you time to digest the agreement and ask any questions. Our partnership agreement is simple: Your patients remain yours, generous revenue share, high clinical standards.

Marketing

Once we have an agreement, we will ask for some practical marketing information, such as your Logo and Patient demographic numbers. Our preference is that all communications come from you directly in the form that resonates best with your patients, letters, emails or SMS. Marketing is preferably dual branded, and you will always be able to request edits and have final say before anything is communicated with your patients. All marketing costs related to Audiology services through our partnership with you are covered by Insight Hearing.

Training

It is vital that you and your team are comfortable with talking about the benefits of hearing well, the PMS system and simple hearing aid repairs. We will organise a training session with your team and one of our Audiology leadership team to take you through all you need to know. Your time is precious, so we can offer these training sessions at a time that suits you and the business, including early evening sessions. We will spend time with you discussing how Insight Hearing can partner with you in more detail. When clinics start, your Audiologist will also spend time with you and the team to make sure everyone is comfortable, knowledgeable and up to date with the latest information.

Clinics Begin

From our first conversation to first clinical day takes between 3 – 4 months. This is a typical timescale that gives you time to fully understand our partnership agreement and be happy with choosing Insight Hearing as your Audiology provider. It also gives time for marketing materials to be prepped and sent out, so that the first few weeks of your hearing clinic are bustling with eager patients. Before clinics start, your Audiologist will drop by to introduce themselves and answer any questions you may have in the build up to clinics launching.
